How to Request an Appearance

Please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible. This information is crucial for us to review your request and determine if we have a cosplayer available who can meet your needs.

Appearance Types: Advocacy vs. Private

We are committed to serving the community through two main types of appearances:

• Advocacy Appearances: These are requests for events that align with our core mission of community service. This includes fundraisers, community events, school visits, and charitable functions. Our cosplayers donate their time for these important causes, and these requests receive special consideration and priority.

• Private Appearances: These are requests for personal or private gatherings, such as birthday parties and corporate events. While many of our members dedicate their free time to community advocacy, some may be available for these private appearances in consideration of a donation. These donations directly support our group's community outreach efforts and help cover the costs of costume maintenance, travel, and more.

Important Considerations

Please be aware that our cosplayers each have their own careers and family responsibilities. All requests are subject to the availability of our members. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance, but we will do our best to find a hero for your cause. Not all of our cosplayers are available for private appearances.
